#13: Physical Well-Being (Myths about Food, Exercise, and Our Bodies)

In this episode, Shanice talks about physical well-being and discusses some of the unhelpful ways she thinks we have been conditioned to think about food, exercise, and our bodies. Do any of these sound familiar? Food should only taste good. You should be counting calories. Thin people are naturally healthier and have more discipline. Exercise is only important if you are trying to lose weight. These are just a few myths that often stop us from building a supportive relationship with our bodies (and ourselves) on our path toward well-being.
