#11: Caring for Yourself After a Tough Emotional Week

In this week’s episode, Shanice opens up about navigating anxiety and depression while trying to cope during this unprecedented time. She shares some of her struggles with mental health (even though she felt VERY uncomfortable doing so) and offers some suggestions on how you might care for yourself after an emotionally draining week.
