#05: How to Exercise Consistently As a Mom

Do you struggle to exercise as a mom? You may be feeling a lack of motivation or you may just simply be tired after working and taking care of your kids all day. If so, Shanice offers some tips and strategies for shifting your mindset and practical ways to be more consistent with exercise as a mom. These tips have helped Shanice go from someone who hates exercising to successfully training for her first half marathon and practicing yoga poses multiple days a week while being a mom of 3 small children, wife, and a doctoral student.
